Entry level for local market

In first stage all products should be installed on small locations and small companies, with single computer or network of 2 or 3 computers. During this stage software will run in normal mode, no server installed, but it will be easy to maintain. There are no specific requirements for software and hardware and support can be done quickly and easily. This is learning curve of the product, so many of the features will be well-acknowledged by service technicians. Usually this period is 6 months and most of the features are familiar with the customers. Usually 20 customers are enough to run all features in the systems. All printers are connected on local computer; there are no complex networks for POS or Fiscal printers. Systems are standalone, and are easy for support and maintain. There are no specific reports, since most of the systems are run by owners and relatives in the company. Usually such customers run micro-supermarkets or single computer restaurants. The team should have at least 6 months of experience in these systems to start next stage of systems.

  • Experience gained: Basic software functionality, basic printer support, definitions of items, locations and users. Reporting.

Small and medium sized enterprises

After entry level of the software had finished, the second stage should be started. These are small and medium sized companies with 3 to 5 computers in the network. In this stage is more likely to install server on the customer side, to test and run software in real conditions for multiuser environment. The systems are more complicated, but all knowledge and functions from Stage 1 could be applied. This stage requires more active communication with Microinvest’s team and will include additional technologies, like POS printers’ network and specific reports. Here could be classified restaurants with 2-3 computers and small supermarkets. The team should have at least 6 months of experience in these systems to start next stage of systems.

  • Experience gained: Advanced software functionality, user’s permissions, advanced printer support, network connections and server support. Advanced reporting and localization of the software.

Full-sized systems

Gaining experience in previous 2 stages, service technicians will be well trained with major features of the software and will provide better support for all systems. The technicians will know most of the common problems with small and medium-sized companies, so they can provide fast and competent support for installed systems. Here might be used new techniques for server replication, long-distance networks and data replication. This is most complex systems and they are fitted for large supermarkets and restaurants with 5, 10 or more computers. All systems in hotels are positioned here.

  • Experience gained: Complex network solutions, complex printer setup and building reliable network for high load and multiuser environments.
