Types of Export

Microinvest products offer 2 types of export:

  • Structured export. These export formats are created with a defined goal and solve individual tasks related to other products;
  • Unstructured export. This type of export is being set by the client and matches a chosen reference, document, or other action. In this one the data can be defined and arranged by the clients.

Structured Export

The data in the structured export has to be in a defined format and arrangement which meets the requirements for connection with the other product. In this type of export blocks of data that can include different classes of information being transferred. An example of such export is the transfer of operations to the systems 1C or Business Navigator. Nomenclatures (partners, goods, and objects), operations, and payments are being transferred along with the data. All of this is being consolidated and transmitted in a structured and pre-defined way, according to a written technical protocol for data exchange. The structured export of data could be generated by the following menus:

  • Microinvest Warehouse Pro, menu Edit/ Administration/ Export to accounting;
  • Microinvest Warehouse Pro, menu Edit/ Administration/ Operations Exchange;
  • Microinvest Utility Center and choice of an appropriate server for exchange.

The advantage of the structured export is the interconnected data which allow full profile of the operations. This is the best way for transfer of data and integration with an external product.
